These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of MSP Compared (the “Site”), available at mspcompared.com. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

MSP Compared is an independent, editorial comparison resource for managed-service-provider (MSP) and IT software. We publish rankings, pricing summaries, feature comparisons and security advisories compiled from publicly available sources and our own research. The Site is an information service only — it is not the vendor of any product listed, and we do not sell, host, support or warranty any third-party software.

2. Informational purpose — no professional advice

Everything on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, security, procurement or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for any purchasing or security decision. Pricing, ratings, features and security data change frequently and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate despite our efforts; each page is stamped with a “data-as-of” date and links to its sources so you can verify the current details directly with the vendor. Always confirm pricing, terms and suitability with the vendor before you buy.

3. Affiliate disclosure

MSP Compared is reader-supported. Some links on the Site are affiliate or partner links, routed through /go/{tool}. If you sign up for a product through one of these links, we may earn a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you.

Commissions never affect our rankings. Every score and ranking is computed from the same transparent, data-driven formula for every product — see how we test. Placement is never sold, and we cover and rank products that have no affiliate program. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

4. No warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any information is complete or current.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSP Compared and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-party links & trademarks

The Site links to third-party websites and references third-party products. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement. All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

7. Intellectual property

The original text, design, scoring methodology and compiled data on the Site are the property of MSP Compared and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to and quote brief, attributed excerpts, but you may not republish, scrape or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or scrape it at scale without permission.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
