What users say about Splashtop
Representative quotes from public reviews, selected for balance.
Splashtop is extremely simple to set up and use. It's been extremely reliable so far in terms of connection speed and quality and is superb for the price.
Splashtop Remote Support makes it incredibly easy to access and control my clients' Macs, iPhones, and iPads with a fast, stable connection. I love how seamless it is to provide support without requiring much setup on their end.
One thing that is annoying is that Splashtop loses the connection when trying to connect to a VPN on the end users device, which doesn't happen with other solutions.
