Syncro Review

Syncro is an all-in-one platform for small MSPs that bundles RMM, PSA, and billing under a single per-user price. If you’re tired of stitching together three separate tools and paying three separate bills, this is the pitch that lands.

Verdict

Our score: 7.9/10. Syncro nails the “one platform, one price” promise for small teams. The unlimited-endpoint model is the killer feature — you pay for technicians, not machines. But per-user pricing that looks cheap at 3 techs gets expensive fast, and enterprise shops will hit feature ceilings.

Solid, consistent user sentiment across both platforms — the higher Capterra score is typical for SMB-focused tools.

Pricing as of 2026-06. No free tier, but a free trial is available.

The pricing math is the whole story here. The per-user model is brilliant for lean teams managing lots of endpoints — a 2-person shop with 500 endpoints pays $278/mo. But flip it around: a 20-tech team pays $2,780/mo before integration add-ons, and the value proposition erodes against per-endpoint competitors.

Features

  • RMM + PSA combined
  • Unlimited endpoints per user (the headline)
  • Invoicing + payments built-in
  • Patch management
  • Scripting

The built-in billing is genuinely differentiating — most RMM/PSA tools make you bolt on a separate invoicing solution.

Who Should Buy It

Buy Syncro if you’re a small MSP (say, 2–8 techs) managing a high endpoint-to-tech ratio and want RMM, PSA, and billing without juggling vendors.

Look elsewhere if you’re scaling toward enterprise, need deep integrations without surprise costs, or have a large technician headcount where per-user math turns brutal.

Note: the “Team / Premium” tier pricing isn’t disclosed, so budget for higher costs if you need features beyond Core — and factor in that some integrations carry extra fees.
