With the robust scripting engine there is no other RMM tool out there with as much control as ConnectWise Automate. There is no limit, we can make scripts to resolve or partially resolve any issue that comes up.
One of the drawbacks of ConnectWise Automate is its steep learning curve. The interface can also feel overwhelming, especially with its extensive customization options.
Support is very slow to respond. When you get into the chat queue, you may be waiting an hour or more for someone overseas who doesn't know how to fix the issue anyway.
